Description1. Lead and Supervise a team of Supervisors and Crew2. Manpower planning for daily operations3. Ensure Food Quality and Standards are achieved4. Handle customer queries and feedback5. Other Ad-Hoc TasksRequirements: 1. At least three years of relevant working experience in the food and beverage industry (experience in Fast Food or Noodle Chain will be an added advantage)2. Good Interpersonal Skill3. Ability to work in a fast-paced, non-halal environment4. Driven and Passionate about building brand5. Preferred candidates have fast food or quick dining experience6. Able to work shifts, weekends and public holiday
