YAKINIQUEST - a Japanese BEEF YAKINIKU fine-dining concept restaurant is looking for apassionate Full-time Supervisor.Salary$3,500-4,000 for Supervisor (after OT&Allowance)Work Hours11:00am-10:30pm, 10h/day (1.5h break)5days/weekExcess of 44h/w will be counted as OT (1.5x hourly salary) Working at Japanese Fine-Dining concept Yakiniku restaurant Serving and giving presentations of food & drinks to guests as well as help grilling beef at guest's table Promoting and developing high-service standards for guest satisfaction and retention. Taking reservations, managing seating, taking orders, making drinks, and settling bills Cleaning and preparing for the operation Ensuring that guests are having a great time throughout their dining experience. Helping Restaurant Manager and Assistant Manager to prepare sales reports daily/weekly/monthly. Scheduling staff shifts with Restaurant Manager and Assistant Manager. Motivating, supervising and training staff to drive team performance with Restaurant Manager and Assistant Manager. Managing and handling staff problems/concerns by following instructions from Restaurant Manager and Assistant Manager. Managing inventories/orders of food and drink, controlling cost and overseeing purchases from suppliers by following instructions from Restaurant Manager and Assistant Manager.
