Job Description
The Service Supervisor leads the compliance of service, food hygiene, safety and other standards amongst the team on each shift.
Assist in the daily operations of Café which includes but not limited to:-
- Assists in managing daily front-of-house operations and customer services to optimise outlet performance.
- Assist with monthly forecasting, weekly schedule, restaurant profitability evaluation, etc
- Provides service guidance & training to the staff in management of customers’ queries, and plans staff scheduling based on operational needs.
- Monitors food and beverage services to ensure excellence customer service
- 1-2 years of experience of leading a team
- Positive with a passion to serve and take initiative
- Team player
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work in a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays
