Role Summary

We're seeking a Restaurant Supervisor who will help ensure smooth operations, lead the service team, and maintain high standards of guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise front-of-house operations during shifts (seating, service flow, cleanliness) Lead, train, and motivate service staff to deliver attentive, polished service Handle reservations, guest enquiries, and resolve any service issues promptly Coordinate with kitchen/bar teams to manage timing, orders, and ensure consistency Assist with inventory and stock control for service-related items Monitor service standards, hygiene, and cafe/restaurant presentation
Requirements

Minimum 2 years' experience in a supervisory role in a restaurant or similar F&B setting Strong interpersonal, customer service, and leadership skills Able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and public holidays Calm under pressure, detail-oriented, team-player
