What You'll Do

Lead the floor with clarity:

Direct service teams during shifts, keeping operations smooth and stress-free.

Create lasting impressions:

Welcome guests warmly and model the standard of attentive, professional service.

Keep the flow moving:

Manage seating, pacing, and table turnover to reduce wait times while keeping comfort high.

Shape the atmosphere:

Ensure music, lighting, and ambience reflect the right mood throughout service.

Coach in the moment:

Offer guidance, feedback, and encouragement to junior staff as they serve.

Partner with management:

Stay aligned on shift goals, service standards, and operational updates.

What We're Looking For

1-3 years of front-of-house F&B experience (supervisory experience a bonus) Calm under pressure, even when the floor is at full capacity Strong communicator who motivates and supports a team Flexible with rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays
