Job Description

Looking for an experienced resturant supervisor for an Indian Fine Dining restaurant called Bombay Brasserie, on Beach Road, next to JW Marriott hotel. Good knowledge on wines, cocktails, experienced working in bar and on the floor, eager and willing to take up responsibilties including polishing of cutlery and crockery when required. Willing to work 6 days a week for 44 hours. Passionate hospitality professional. Need to be proficient allocating duty rosters, take daily briefings, inventory of liqour, cutlery, crockery and glassware. Preferably looking for 5 star hotel experience candidates.
