Restaurant Supervisor

Lead with presence:

You'll be the calm in the rush, directing the front-of-house team with confidence and clarity.


Set the tone:

From lighting to laughter, you'll help shape the energy of the room so every guest feels right at home.


Deliver smooth experiences:

Manage seating, pacing, and service flow to keep operations seamless.


Inspire the team:

Support and coach junior staff on the floor, celebrating small wins and building team confidence along the way.


Collaborate smart:

Work closely with management to maintain service standards, share insights, and raise the bar each shift.


You've got

1-3 years of front-of-house experience

(bonus if you've led a team before). You stay

composed and positive

, even when the floor is full and tickets are flying. You're a

natural communicator

who knows how to motivate, guide, and unite a team. You're open to

rotating shifts

, weekends, and public holidays.
