• Follow the sequence of service as per briefed and trained
• Welcome & greet guests
• Recommend and upsell meal items and advise guest on any ongoing promotions
• Taking of orders, serving of food and beverages to guest
• Answer questions about our food, beverages and other restaurant functions and services
• Crosscheck and ensure accuracy of food orders
• Enter orders in the POS system
• Deliver food and beverages from kitchen and bar to guests in a timely matter
• Attend and prompt response to customer’s needs
• Ensure smooth operations to achieve good customer dining experience
• Prepare tables for meals such as top up cutleries and condiments as and when required
• Polish cutleries
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of work areas
• Bill settlement with guest
• Any other task as assigned by the Manager
  

• Minimum secondary education or equivalent or relevant trade qualification
• Possess prior supervisory experience in service (applies to supervisory role), prior F&B working experience will be an added advantage
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Passionate about food and service
• Strong communication skills with all levels of customers
• Computer literature and IT savvy preferred
• A fast learner
• Good attitude and an excellent team player.
• Willingness to develop skills and new learning.
• Able to adapt into a fast-paced environment.
• Good time management
