In this position, you will lead the staff of both front and back of house to attain high standards of product quality, customer service as well as health & safety. You will be requested to work at either one of our five outlets at Takashimaya (new outlet), 313@Somerset, Vivo City, Beach Road and Rangoon Road as rostered by your manager. Assist the Restaurant manager in training and supervising front of house staff members. Handle Opening and Closing procedures. Enhance customer satisfaction through promoting excellent service. Respond to and resolve customer complaints tactfully and professionally. Supervise and maintain quality control for all food served. Provide recommendations and upsell to maximise profitability. Handle cash register, POS and Credit card terminals. Coordinate reservations and deliveries. Maintain good hygiene and housekeeping. Manage inventory.Requirements Diploma in Food and Beverage Management. At least 2 year of supervisory experience in F&B or equivalent. Strong passion for Customer Service. Able to work in a fast-paced environment. Mature and decisive with good business acumen. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
