Be able to stand in for Restaurant Manager during his/her absence.

Must have initiative, able to handle disciplinary matters (i.e. cleanliness and cultivate good customer-service behavioural).
Maintain high standards of hygiene – besides common sense hygiene, you need to have feasible knowledge about hygiene for edibles, hardware and personal.
Respond to customer complaints. Ensure positive customer service in all areas, taking all appropriate actions to turn dissatisfied customers into return customers.

Working hour – 5pm to 2am
One day-off per week but will be on weekday only.
You must have at least 3 years of relevant experience at supervisory level.
