About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and result-driven Retail and Client Manager to lead the performance of our retail point-of-sales. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, ensuring excellent customer service, managing staff, and maintaining high operational and visual standards, and also be the direct lead for managing our base of top clients. This role requires strong leadership, commercial awareness, and the ability to create a positive and engaging retail environment.

Key responsibilities

Drive sales performance and achieve monthly and annual revenue targets. Lead, motivate, and develop the retail teams to deliver excellent customer service and maximize productivity. Oversee day-to-day store operations including staffing, scheduling, stock management, and visual merchandising. Monitor and analyze KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement and implement action plans. Play a key role in inter-department projects, coordination and cooperation Ensure compliance with company policies, operational guidelines, and health & safety standards. Provide actionable feedback and improvements on merchandise Identify, recruit and retain Top VICs Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage loyalty and repeat business. Implement marketing and promotional strategies at the store level. Recruit, train, and onboard new team members in line with brand standards

Key Requirements

Proven experience as a Retail Manager, Assistant Manager, or similar role in a fast-paced retail environment. Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills. Solid understanding of retail operations, client management, inventory management, and visual merchandising. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities. Results-driven with strong analytical and commercial acumen. Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and peak retail periods. Diploma or Degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field preferred
