Welcome and support customers in a courteous and professional way.
Gather merchandise from the sales floor, stockroom, or other inventory areas.
Accurately and efficiently process customer transactions using a point-of-sale (POS) system.
Keep the store clean and organized, which includes restocking shelves and upholding visual merchandising standards.
Help with inventory management by receiving and restocking items and conducting physical inventory counts.
Address customer complaints and concerns promptly and professionally.
Assist with administrative tasks, such as preparing and processing shipments.
Perform additional duties as needed.
The Requirement:
Nitec or Diploma with minimum 1 year relevant experience in fashion retail
No experience is welcome to apply as training will be provided
Able to work retail hours and on weekends & public holidays
Able to stand for long hours due to nature of job
