Responsibilities: Provide prompt, helpful and courteous service to customers at all times Verify stock delivery and inventory management Perform packing for customer purchases Managing customers' queries if any, provide good customer service. Stacking, displaying and replenishment of products on the shelves Assist in the loading and unloading of goods Ensuring a neat, clean, hygienic & tidy workplace at all times Any other adhoc duties as assigned by superior Individual skills/Competencies: A person that is driven, adaptable, independent and willing to learn A great problem solver and initiator in a very broad sets of challenges Possess positive attitude with good communication skills Ability to adapt in fast paced environment and good team player Requirements: Able to work from Monday to Saturday Able to work on weekends & public holidays during peak period. OT will be given. Able to work at retail outlet in Paya Lebar Able to start work at short notice Mini-mart/Supermarket/Departmental Store/Retail experience will be an advantage. No retail experience but willing to learn and take this as an opportunity. Chin Giap Soon is a local SME which deals with wholesale/retail trade of party supplies, balloons, toys, stationery, festive decoration and gifts. We have been in the industry for more than 30 years and we used to be located at Blanco Court, The Concourse and The Verge (aka Tekka Mall).
