Assist in managing day-to-day operations of the outlet (sales, stock,
cleanliness, customer flow)
Ensure product displays are well-arranged and visually appealing
Monitor inventory and assist with stock replenishment, ordering,
and stock counts
Handle POS system and ensure accurate cash handling
Customer Service
Deliver exceptional customer experience for walk-in customers
Provide product knowledge on clay items and pottery tools
Address and resolve customer inquiries or concerns promptly and
professionally
Pottery Class Support
- Coordinate class bookings, schedule updates, and participant check-
ins
Support instructors with basic class logistics (materials prep, timing,
etc.)
Maintain cleanliness and safety in the studio area
Team & Leadership
Supervise and guide part-time/freelance staff or interns as needed
Help in training new team members on SOPs and customer service
standards
