About The Job
- Attend to customers at physical store for collection or walk-in purchases and sharing about the business when necessary.
- Assist in the maintenance of Packing Area and Retail Counter.
- Assist in packing of orders and coordination of deliveries.
- Offer friendly and efficient services to all customers and attending to their needs, complaints and enquiries on various platforms (ie. email/Instagram).
- We are looking for self-starters and independant workers.
- Passionate individual with a happy and positive personality.
- This person needs to be a fast learner and a team player as well.
- Desire to learn and grow, and an immense passion for creating remarkable flavours.
- Hard-working, dedicated to the job, willing to listen and contribute to the team.
- Never afraid to respectfully share thoughts and contribute ideas to improve products and efficiency.
