About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic

Retail Associate (Optical / Eyewear Ambassador)

to join our expanding team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy customer interaction, have an eye for style, and are eager to learn about optical products.

Training will be provided

Key Responsibilities

Assist customers in selecting suitable eyewear based on their style and needs. Provide product knowledge and support to ensure a positive shopping experience. Handle sales transactions, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising. Maintain store cleanliness and display presentation standards. Work closely with the team to meet sales and service goals.

Requirements

Good communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for customer service. Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team environment. Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
