Job Description
This role involves delivering excellent customer service through extensive product knowledge, and achieving team sales targets. The incumbent should be comfortable with retail working hours and shifts.
Adecco is partnering with a distributor for various sports brands across Singapore. They are looking for a Retail Associate to oversee store operations and provide exceptional customer service.
The Job:
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable on all products offered, and teaming up with co-workers to provide excellent sales service
- Deliver sales, outstanding customer experience and operation expectations.
- Contributed to positive and inclusive work environment
- Develop positive relationship with consumenr and team mates.
- 44 hours per week / 5 Days schedule, retail shift hours (weekends/public holidays/shift work)
- Service oriented with a positive attitude
- Customer-focused with strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Able to accomplish multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
