About This Role

The Retail Channel Associate plays a crucial role in assisting the sales team in achieving their goals and ensuring smooth operations within the channel sales department. This position involves providing relationship management, administrative, organizational, and operational support to the sales team to enhance their efficiency and productivity.

The individual collaborates closely with various internal teams, such as operations, customer service, and finance, to ensure seamless coordination and customer satisfaction.

As a Retail Channel Associate, your key objectives will be to:

Sales:

  • Hit monthly sales target of assigned retail channel
  • Develop and implement comprehensive growth strategies for the Retail segment to meet and exceed sales target
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team including monthly sales reconciliation for customers, issuance of service level agreement, onboarding new resellers and any other task from the management.
  • Conceptualize and launch innovative Retail plans, ensuring they cater to diverse business needs.
Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction
  • Respond to Reseller inquiries promptly, mainly through phone calls and whatsApp addressing their queries, providing critical information, and guiding them through and work closely with the internal cross functional team to resolve issues, and ensure overall customer satisfaction on retail hours (including weekends)
Sales Data Management:
  • Maintain and update sales records, customer databases, and relevant documentation. Track sales performance metrics, generate reports, and assist in analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities on a weekly basis.
  • Provide accurate sales forecast and reports to management, outlining key performance metrics and areas for improvement
Who You Are
  • A seasoned sales and marketing professional with proven experience in the Retail telecom or tech space.
  • A strategic thinker with a knack for translating complex business objectives into actionable plans.
  • A data enthusiast with a strong understanding of analytics and their role in optimizing performance.
  • A master of communication and relationship building, with the ability to influence and win over stakeholders.
  • A tech-savvy individual with a deep understanding of the evolving mobile landscape especially in the offline space.
Job Requirements

We are looking for passionate individuals who:
  • 2 years of experience in telco or FMCG industry
  • Proficiency in spoken English & Mandarin
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Hardworking and meticulous with positive attitude
  • Fast learner and ability to work in fast-paced environment
