About This Role
The Retail Channel Associate plays a crucial role in assisting the sales team in achieving their goals and ensuring smooth operations within the channel sales department. This position involves providing relationship management, administrative, organizational, and operational support to the sales team to enhance their efficiency and productivity.
The individual collaborates closely with various internal teams, such as operations, customer service, and finance, to ensure seamless coordination and customer satisfaction.
