Job Description
- Salary starts from $2,300 to $3,200

- 2-3 years Experience in hospitality reception experience in Hotel/Tourism/Retail Services industry will be an advantage.
- Providing excellent customer service and advising promotions.
- Assisting customers with their enquirers and needs
- Support with any events and promotional activities whenever required
- Assist with GST Claims, sale of vouchers or card member queries
- Minimum O level and above.
- Basic Microsoft knowledge is a must.
- Min 2 years experience in front line, retail or customer service job /environment is highly preferred
- Possess good communication skills and friendly disposition
- 5 days work week, 8hrs 2 rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
