Job Description

The Operations Executive is responsible for leading and managing the warehouse team to achieve operational excellence. This includes overseeing receiving, storage, order processing, and shipping of products while maintaining a safe and organized work environment. The Executive will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes, implement best practices, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership:

• Lead, mentor, and motivate warehouse staff to achieve performance targets and objectives.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and identify training needs.

Operations Management:

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse activities, including receiving, put-away, order picking, packing, and shipping.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure accuracy and timely replenishment.

Process Optimization:

• Identify areas for process improvement and implement strategies to increase efficiency and productivity.
• Implement best practices for inventory management, order fulfillment, and quality control.

Safety and Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and implement safety measures to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Conduct regular safety training and promote a culture of safety within the team.

Customer Service:

• Collaborate with customer service and sales teams to meet customer requirements and address any issues related to order fulfillment.

Reporting and Analysis:

• Generate and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess warehouse performance and make data-driven decisions.
• Prepare reports on operational metrics, inventory levels, and order accuracy.

Vendor Management:

• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries of goods.
• Evaluate vendor performance and negotiate contracts as needed.

Additional Information:

• 5.5 days work week
• Salary up to $3,500
• Work Location (Can choose) : Tampines/ Joo Koon/ Changi
