\xc2\xb7 Business or engineer profile, with at least 5-year experience in retail business (development and operation)

\xc2\xb7 Good understanding of financial and business development

\xc2\xb7 Strong ability to analyze, sense of pedagogy and persuasion

\xc2\xb7 Good stakeholder engagement, interpersonal and communication skills

Activities

• Contribute to the definition of the retail investment strategy, in collaboration with the operational directions and affiliates management (Budget, LTP, S2B)

• Analyze and provide expert opinion on the investment projects in retail development: creation, take overs, heavy modernization / revamp, solar projects

• Develop and provide relevant support to affiliates on all the tools for calculating potential, profitability, and file template of investment projects

• Ensure proper implementation and application of business basics (training, segmentation, zone study, post-investment)

• Ensure deployment and application of standard service station layouts in collaboration with APMO Engineering

• Perform post investment analysis and REX on project achievements

• Support affiliates in the deployment of new energies in service stations (EV charging, Auto LPG, CNG etc\xe2\x80\xa6)

• Perform reporting of the retail development activity and provide inputs to the realization of the budgets and development objectives

• Develop skills and improve affiliates team competencies through organization of trainings and promote exchanges of experience and best practices. Train affiliate developers on key network development tools such as CRISTAL investment tool, assumptions building, investment file preparation and related working files to support approval request
