We are partnering a renowned Retail company that has global presence, exponential growth, and exciting expansion plan for the region. It is a high energy team with strong collaborative culture. They are looking for a Retail Learning & Development Manager to be part of the team.

Reporting to the CHRO, you will be responsible for all learning and development initiatives and programs in the organisation. Being an advisor to HR and business leaders, you will conceptualise, develop and implement a wholistic learning ecosystem, including needs assessment, training strategy, curriculum development, identifying effective delivery methods, running classroom training sessions, and assessment of results. You will look into the frameworks and curriculum; identify gaps and enhance the experience. You will play a critical role in talent development and retention strategy.

The successful candidate should have at least 10 years of relevant experience, preferably with prior experience in Retail industry. You have a proven track record of personally creating new and innovative programmes, coupled with strong analytical and problem-solving attributes. You will come with excellent communication and influencing skills.

You will be a true Learning & Development Specialist and someone who takes pride in working independently. Key to your success will be your proactive attitude, ability to communicate well across levels, flexibility, and your ability to initiate. You will also be fluent in Chinese language to liaise with our Chinese counterparts.

Location: Singapore

Compensation: Up to SGD 120,000 per annum
