Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Provide design support for retail business, proficient in using design software such as Sunvega and CAD. Design proposals, renderings, and order placements based on customer needs to ensure implementation. Follow up on orders after placement, ensuring smooth and timely production and delivery. Seek and engage potential customers, providing professional product and design explanations. Coordinate design needs between headquarters and manufacturing factory, ensuring design solutions meet the requirements and standards of customers. Stay updated on market trends, optimize product displays, and enhance customer satisfaction and experience.
Job Requirements:
Education: Diploma or above in Interior Design, Industrial Design, or related fields. Experience: Preferably have 3 years experience in retail design, preferably with experience in the home furnishing industry and order follow-up. Technical Skills: Proficient in Sunvega, CAD, and other design tools, familiar with internal order processes. Language: Good communication skills in both Chinese and English. * Other Requirements: Strong service awareness, teamwork, and communication skills; able to handle multitasking in a fast-paced work environment.
