This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the retail leasing sector and learn from industry professionals.Key Responsibilities:

• Assist leasing agents in preparing market research and property analyses
• Help create and update property marketing materials
• Contribute to the maintenance of property and tenant databases
• Support the team in organizing and attending property tours
• Assist in drafting lease proposals and letters of intent
• Conduct market surveys and competitive analyses
• Help prepare financial models and lease abstracts
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas
• Assist with administrative tasks related to the leasing process
• Shadow experienced leasing professionals during client interactions

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a bachelor\'s degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or a related field
• Strong interest in commercial real estate, particularly retail leasing
• Excellent analytical and research skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Basic understanding of financial concepts
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous internship or work experience in real estate or a related field
• Familiarity with commercial real estate software (e.g., CoStar, Argus)
• Knowledge of local retail market trends and dynamics Experience with data visualization tools
