Retail Leasing (manager / Associate Director)

Job Description
We are looking for a passionate, highly energetic Retail Leasing professional to be part of the a high performing and forward thinking group.
Highly sensitive to the upcoming trends in the retail scence, you will be taking a lead role in identifying market trends and capitalise on opportunities to secure new tenancies through driving leasing strategies and tenancy mix plans for a portfolio of assets under your remit.
You will report to Head, Leasing and responsible for active leasing and lease negotiations for new leases and renewals.
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Estate Management, Building or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years\' relevant experience in similar capacity in the retail industry
- Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
- Possess good network of tenants and contacts
- Sound understanding of the real estate and retail industries preferably in shopping complex
- Self-motivated and able to work under pressure with tight deadlines
