Retail Leasing Manager
Job Description
ResponsibilitiesManage leasing functions, asset enhancement works and plan on tenant mix change for the retail mall
Obtain up-to-date market intelligence and latest trends on rentals/retail scene
Analyze and evaluate tenants' proposals and identify new tenants/market segments for the properties
Liaise with solicitors for audit review of tenancy terms/conditions and handle lease administration and management
Prospect for new tenants and work with appointed agents to source for suitable tenants.
Negotiate lease renewals, finalise lease agreements and other leasing related documentation.
Conduct competitive market research and monitor market trends.
Liaise with tenants and building occupants on leasing and tenancy related matters.
Any other tasks as assigned by managementRequirementsDegree in Business or Real Estate Management
Minimum 5 years experience in retail mall leasing with extensive network of contacts
Possess a strategic business outlook
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Able to work independently and under pressure
Proactive, analytical, resourceful and service-oriented
Excellent presentation, interpersonal, negotiation and communication (both verbal & written) skills
Strong planning, problem solving and decision making-skills
