Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Leasing Manager to oversee the retail leasing of our commercial buildings in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the real estate and retail industry, managing lease negotiations and tenant relations for our premium retail spaces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute retail leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue.
- Identify, engage, and secure suitable retail tenants in line with the property\'s positioning.
- Manage tenant relationships, including lease renewals, marketing, and problem resolution.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay abreast of retail trends and opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external agents to ensure smooth leasing transactions and retail space optimization.
- Degree or Diploma in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field. CEA lice
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in retail leasing within commercial properties.
- Strong knowledge of the Singapore retail and real estate landscape.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and act on market opportunities.
