• Overseeing the daily store operations to learn every procedure, answering calls and correspondence
• Managing staff schedules
• Developing strategies to increase sales and boost customer satisfaction
• Ensure store cleanliness and tidiness
• Develop and maintain good relationships with customers
• Work as a team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets

Requirements:

• At least 1 year retail experience
• Diploma or Degree in Retail/Business/Marketing/Management
