Retail Manager (apparels / Fashion / Up To $4000 + Commission)

Job Description
- Singapore Based (Office: Kranji, Working Location: Orchard)
- 5 Days work per week (8 retail hour (10am to 8pm - shift basis))
- Min Diploma or equivalent + Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with at least 2 years at the supervisory level in the luxury retail industry
- Relevant experience in apparels.

- Managing day-to day operation of the retail store
- Maintaining strong floor presence to ensure each customer experience is positive
- Manage and maintain inventory levels
- Organize CRM activities within the boutiques as per guidelines
- Align merchandise mix to meet customers needs
- Review and analyse store sales against budgets and team performance on KPIs
- Support marketing in store-specific marketing campaigns
- Manage and coach a team of retail associates
