Job Description

• Position : Retail Supervisor (5 Days Shift/Duty Free) - Up to $4000 Gross
• Location : East - Changi Airport
• Working hours : 5 Days Shift (including weekend) | 9.5hrs Per Shift | Shift Timing from 6am to 1am (Transport provided)
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $4000 Gross + Variable Bonus + Annual Leaves + Medical Benefits + Meal Allowance + Grooming Allowance

Main Responsibilities:

• Responsible to develop operations plans for their teams and execution of the plans.
• Lead, manage and motivate the team members.
• Planning of duty roster to ensure accuracy in the Info-Tech HRMS Time Management System.
• Coach and train Retail Associates on GLOB+ system usage.
• Conduct daily briefings to team members before the start of their shift duty.
• To coach and teach different selling related skillset to the Retail Associates.
• Excel in customer service, merchandise knowledge, selling skills as well as cashiering.
• Manage and improve SOP and procedures related to inventory management at the assigned stores level.
• May be required to work a variety of hours that may include nights, weekends and public holidays.
• Required to attend meetings and conferences.
• Any other ad-hoc assignment or project assigned by Superior.

Requirements:

Minimum of at least 3 years of retail supervisory experience preferred.

Professional and pleasant attitude.

Good communication and team player.

Able to commit to rotating shift hours, including public holidays and weekends.
