Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the daily operations of multiple beauty care, semi-permanent eyebrow tattooing, and nail care outlets, ensuring operational efficiency and profitability. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve store targets and objectives. Lead and support a team of beauty professionals and retail staff to deliver excellent customer service. Ensure all outlets comply with health, safety, and cleanliness standards at all times. Handle inventory management, including ordering, stocking, and controlling beauty products and equipment. Provide training and professional development to staff, ensuring they stay informed about the latest industry trends, products, and techniques. Monitor performance and provide feedback, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, or concerns effectively and efficiently. Work with the marketing team to ensure the promotion of services and customer loyalty programs. Stay updated on market trends and customer feedback, making necessary adjustments to operations or strategies.

Qualifications:

At least 2 years of experience in retail management, preferably in beauty care, semi-permanent eyebrow tattooing, or nail care industries. Strong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on positive employee engagement. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of beauty products and services, particularly in semi-permanent eyebrow tattooing and nail care. Proactive problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Ability to work under pressure and maintain high standards of performance.
