Firestone Bakery specialises in high-quality Artisan Sourdoughs and Viennoiseries made from all natural and premium ingredients using traditional methods. We're a small team of passionate individuals that love food and love creating new unique baked products. We're looking for a passionate and hardworking Retail Manager to join and expand our family!

Job Scope:

• Managing and overseeing daily retail operations while providing professional customer service to walk-in customers.
• Taking and managing online/phone orders (group buys, Shopee, etc.) and liaising with logistics.
• Handling and managing the POS system (opening and closing).
• Managing store inventory including re-ordering and regular stocktake.
• Ensure daily and periodic housekeeping throughout the day for the best presentation of the products in the store.
• Ensure the bakery fulfills all legal health and safety guidelines.
• Ensure positivity and safe work environment for all retail staff, and acting as an intermediary for conflict resolution when required.
• Managing work schedule for all retail staffs, ensuring the front of house is adequately staffed at all times.
• Training of new hires and managing/building a team of professional retail staff.
• Work closely with the Head Baker and Head of Marketing by suggesting, or working on implementation of new product launches.
• Work closely with Senior Management to determine improvements for the bakery.
• Keep up to date with current food trends to stay relevant.
• Other ad-hoc duties required by Senior Management not listed above.

• Experience in F&B, Hospitality preferred but others are also welcomed to apply.
• Patience with dealing with people and strong leadership skills.
• Basic computer literacy and Microsoft Office skills.
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays (44 hour work week).
• Possess pleasant personality and is a great team player.
• Willingness to learn and be able to work indepedently.
• Has the drive and desire to grow both professionally and personally in the company.
• Possess the passion for providing hospitality and ensuring customer satisfaction.
