Roles Description
- This position reports to the Operations director and interfaces with Organisation managers and HR staff. - Individual to be involved in:
1. Overall Profit & Loss of Store
2. Providing superior customer experience
3. Managing, training and overseeing store staff
4. Setting up process flow to exceed customer expectation
5. Managing and maintaining Store
6. Managing and maintaining Inventory & replensihment
7. Managing and Monitor Finances & Cost
8. Assist Customers
2. Engage customers, employees and stakeholders professionally
3. Experience with POS and ERP Systems and database management and record keeping
4. Good people management skill
5. Good Communication skills
6. efficiently and effectively manage people in a retail environment.
7. Advanced customer service skills
8. Good command of english
9. Positive & Pleasant personality
10. People person
11. Interest and an eye in fashion
12. Organize and detail person
13. self starter
