Job Responsibilities
1. Meet company set KPI.
1.1 Responsible for profitability of store in charge.
1.2 Consistent Achieve Sales Target as Set to the store.
1.3 Customer Service to customer being graded account to customer
feedback.
1.4 Store House keeping must it Proper Condition
1.5 All store Good are properly arranged with 85% store must be fully fill.
2. Completed Honesty and Dedicated to the Store Arranged.
3. Attendance Monthly must achieve Overall of 98 percent
4 Must perform hand - on operation such as store stock replenishment,
ordering and promotion.
5. Capable to perform analyses of Customer requirement for the area and do
adjustment to customer request.
6. Expected to Good Inter -Personal Skill in production negotiation and Human - Relation.
7. Capability to liaise with warehouse for ordering and purchasing.
8. Must be Computer literate and able to perform receiving, ordering and
monthly reporting
