RETAIL MANAGER
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
Trainee to be involved in :
1. Carrying out the role of a Retail Manager independently and handle day-to-day operations including (not limited to) monitoring opening, operating and closing of shifts for the store.
2. analyse inventory and stock levels and propose purchases for the store and plan operational budgets for the store. Formulating and implementing purchasing and marketing policies and setting prices 3. effectively review staff roster to ensure adequate manpower for the store, have the abilty to interview new staff, enusre the wellbeing and safety of staff is well taken care of.
