Sales & Productivity:
Manage and deliver Annual Sales Plans and profitability goals, overseeing and managing the operations of all owned stores to achieve business target and set a benchmark in the markets to deliver premium and excellent customer service.
Optimize key productivity metrics while effectively managing expense
Work with Area Managers to strategize and achieve sales targets through key product launches, promotional campaigns
Operations:
Driving the operational standards, customer service standards, visual standards according to global/regional standards.
Grow VIP database through retention programs and cultivation of client relationships Identify training needs and opportunities in retail and develop or select training programs that will drive best in class service.
Lead the development of localized operational processes and drive continuous improvement of retail processes, systems and capabilities.
Constantly review all process and procedures to reduce complexity and improve productivity and ensure timely and relevant update of standard operation manual, in line with New Balance brand expectations. Take charge of all operations and facilities management of existing and new stores, closure and pop-up events.
People:
Partner with HR on recruitment and talent development strategy.
Drive recruitment and placement of both full time and part time labour in line with the manpower budgets.
Optimize talent across retail and create career progression plans for high performing and high potential individuals.
Build brand culture in retail organization, develop and motivate the team, both front line and back office.
Manage staff disciplinary issues.
Marketing Activities:
Working closely with Marketing and Brand Presentation team to initiate programs to drive traffic and sales.
Launching marketing initiatives in-store to hit sales targets and deliver brand messages. Oversee the executions, analysis the results and provide constructive feedback.
Working with visual team to manage in-store visual presentation standard.
Cross - functional collaboration:
Work closely with global/regional team to develop systems & tools that enable business growth.
Store Development:
Plan and participate in all new retail store openings.

more than 5yrs in the retail management field with background managing multi stores and store development
Understanding of Singapore retail market
Retail proficiency
Analytical skills / Problem identification & solving
Project management skills, ability to balance several simultaneous projects leading to a common endpoint
Outstanding people management skills and able to work with cross-functional departments
