As a Store Manager you will be overseeing and managing all aspects of the store, including sales, merchandising, operations, staff supervision, training and growth, loss prevention, and expense management.

They are looking for a Store Manager to join their team! :

  • Oversee and ensure efficiency of day to day operations of the store.
  • Train and develop team on business acumen to drive business performance.
  • Analyze reporting and daily sales trends to make real-time strategic business decisions to drive results.
  • Ensure that cash takings are banked in daily and cash control procedures are adhered to.
  • Planning of roster to ensure optimized use of time and resources and assigning staff to specific duties and tasks.
  • Lead and supervise store supervisors and team members, identifying opportunities for learning and creating plans for employee development.
  • Prioritize tasks for the team to meet daily deadlines and devise strategies to achieve short-term goals.
  • Conduct appraisals and interviews for potential staff members.
  • Attend Seasonal Training and provide guidance on SKU training to new employees.
  • Monitor merchandise sell-through and ensure optimal stock levels are maintained.
  • Ensure merchandise is well-presented, and visual displays align with the brand\'s VM guidelines.
  • Stay updated on market trends and monitor competitors\' activities.
  • Handle customer queries, feedback, and comments.
  • Maintain a safe and pleasant work environment.
  • Ensure store compliance with and proper execution of policies and procedures.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by superiors within the job scope, as needed.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor\'s Degree and a minimum of 4 years retail experience, or 5 years retail experience in lieu of a degree.
  • A minimum of 3 years of management experience, including experience in coaching, counseling, and developing people
  • Ability to lead a high level of customer service in a Brand Retailer
  • Ability to recruit, lead, and manage a team
  • Able work evenings, weekends, and holidays
