Who We Need

The Retail Officer will be responsible for assisting in the overall operation of the Retail Pharmacy by ensuring that walk-in customers/patients\' requests are processed accordingly and daily sales records are updated regularly.
The responsibilities are as stated below.

• Ensure store housekeeping and merchandising standards are achieved.
• Set-up shelves with merchandise and merchandising aids when new vendors come on board / rotation of floorplan / promotion execution.
• Assist in ordering / maintaining / monitoring of stocks and inventory control.
• Establish good inventory management by maintaining and updating expiry date records of all merchandise.
• Conduct merchandising training to new and existing employees.
• Assist in cashiering duties in the absence of the cashier.
• Assist Pharmacist in processing and preparing walk-in prescriptions, Pharmacy-Only sales and the sale of other retail merchandise as required by customers.
• Assist Pharmacist in dispensing duties.
• Ensure that product information like price, barcode and Oracle codes are maintained and updated in the computer system, regularly and accurately.
• Monitoring retail sales record monthly.
• Planning of promotional activities for the Retail Pharmacy and Co-ordination of Retail Roadshow Promotion and management of promoters\' activities.
• Provide good customer service to customers so that customers\' needs are met and feedback on customer\'s demand & requests on special items.
• Perform any other duties as and when required by the Pharmacist/ Pharmacy Manager, for example, rostered to work in OPD and main pharmacy on Sundays.

How to Succeed

• Diploma in Pharmaceutical Sciences or Passed Pharmacy Technician Course.
• At least 2-3 years\' experience in hospital or Retail pharmacy.
• 5 days\' work week.
