- Retail Operation Exec (Travel retail)
- Mon - Fri, 8:30am - 6:00pm
- Salary: $3300 to $3800 (Based on experience)
- Work Location: Changi, Singapore
- 6 months contract, renewable
- Min Diploma, Degree in any related course of study
- Candidates with or without experience are welcome to apply
- Independent, Dynamic and able to adapt to fast-paced operation environment
- Comfortable to work on weekends on needs basis
- Able to start in a short notice / immediately
- Strong in communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Coordinate with service provider to analysis and audit service for monthly incentive disbursement
- Create and improve learning content for staff using
- Facilitate quality service management monthly incentive reimbursement and manage reporting on feedback.
- Analysis data customer database and sales info
- Update of website with SC latest promos and design of product catalogues to engage customers
- Coordinate with external agency on design/artwork
- Planning for corporate events
- Support in daily administrative tasks when assigned
