Job Description
- Salary range $2800 to $3200 (Depend on experience)
- 5 days work week (Retail hours, 2 shift 8 hours per day)

- In charge of various department, Household, Ladies Fashion,Children-Toys,Branded
- Manage all daily operational duties
- Oversee the work of retail staff, including sales associates, cashiers, and other support personnel. Assign tasks, provide guidance, and ensure effective teamwork.
- Team leader, providing training of new staff
- Assisting the department manager in developing new merchandise concept and subsequent promotion and marketing of the product
- Mini Nitec with 2-3 years of retail operations management experience or equivalent
- At least 2 years of managerial exposure.
- Experience in retail operations, liaising with suppliers, merchandising, etc.
- Good interpersonal skills and lively personality
- Applicants must be comfortable to work shift hours.
- 5 days work week including weekends and PH (Retail hours, 0930 - 1830 & 1240 - 2140, 2 shift 8 hours per day)
