We are looking to hire a suitable candidate to join our team as Retail Sales Supervisor/ Team Leader (Full-Time) for our Global Wine & Spirits Group client. This position is only for Singaporeans. Join us now as attractive remuneration package awaits. Role & Responsibilities:

• Maintain a high individual sale performance
• Clearly communicate (and track) sales targets, KPIs and training plans to team
• Lead the orientation, coaching and performance review of team members
• Support the marketing plans and activations set up as per calendar and to ensure premium brand placement and visibility of all products and promotions
• Understand market dynamics, market trends, airport wide and in-store activities and utilize this information to develop plans that assist in winning in the marketplace
• Gather information and submit timely reports via mobile applications and Microsoft software
• Build relationships with all key stakeholders and our customers
• Administration management of rosters, and time sheets
• Any other duties/matters which may be assigned by your manager

Requirements:

• Strictly open to Singaporeans only
• Willing to work at Changi Airport \xe2\x80\x93 a fast paced and dynamic environment
• Willing to work retail hours, weekends and public holidays
