We are seeking a detail-oriented and outgoing individual to join our team as a Retail Operations Analyst. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the achievement of sell-out targets, analyzing retail activities and data, driving customer satisfaction, and managing incentives. Our client is a a multinational conglomerate that specializes in various consumer electronics products, such as smartphones, TVs, home appliances, semiconductors, and more. The company has a reputation for innovation and is known for its cutting-edge technologies and designs. Responsibilities:
Support store sell-out achievement, field force team, and individual performance achievement.
Develop action plans for incremental sell-out and provide recommendations for improvement.
Provide timely updates on sell-out achievement and performance by account and stores.
Assist in retail activity goal management and conduct ROI analysis.
Manage major data and key performance indicators (KPIs) effectively.
Drive and execute customer service through MSP (Mystery Shopping Program) monitoring, result analysis, and recovery plan implementation.
Monitor Net Promoter Score (NPS) and develop action plans if necessary.
Implement SAM rewards program and ensure its success.
Adopt individual KPI tracking and training, cascading down to all FSM/FT/PT (Field Sales Managers, Field Technicians, and Promoters).
Build strong relationships with store staff, gather feedback on store performance and competitor analysis, and ensure visual merchandising complies with company policies.
Obtain and consolidate weekly pricelists, capture photos of store product displays, and submit them into a database.
Ensure store displays are error-free and promptly address any issues that arise.
Provide training to staff and promoters on new product specifications.
