What you'll be doing on the job
Our client, One of the leading luxury retailer is seeking for candidates to join their team!
- Provide daily retail operations and administrative supports to retail stores in Singapore & Malaysia
- Coordinate and liaise with internal departments to achieve operational efficiency
- Support the execution of operations guidelines and prepare sales analysis and reporting
- Assist in motivating and leading sales team to achieve sales target
- Order all kinds of POS materials and staff uniforms
- Handle customer enquiries and complaints
- Liaise with Regional Office or Headquarter for all after-sales related cases
- Work with regional retail operations team on store development projects and maintenance jobs
- Monitor the accuracy of stock inventory
- Execute of marketing events and activities in stores with Marketing team
- Monitor of staff roster and manpower planning
- Handle ad-hoc project and assignment, e.g. new store opening and store enhancement projects
