Job Scope:
FSM Incentive System Administration

• Manage account creation and EO approval requests.
• Oversee per-model incentive setup for SMP, Tablet, and Wearable categories.
• Ensure incentive payouts to FSMs are processed accurately within a 4-week cycle.
• Coordinate with vendors on bidding, contracts, and payment matters.
• Analyze and recommend incentive structures with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Manage S-Connect scheme, including target setting and incentive accuracy.
• Respond to FSM enquiries and troubleshoot issues via email.
• Partner with Innovation and SDS teams to resolve system issues and improve processes.

MCS System Administration

• Ensure timely and accurate upload of EDI data.
• Conduct periodic system audits to maintain data quality and integrity.
• Manage MCS sell-out data and validate accuracy against partner claims.
• Perform site and model mapping for new stores and product launches.
• Register new users and provide system access.
• Verify MCS survey data and partner EDI submissions for HQ reporting.
• Support troubleshooting with Innovation and SDS teams.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, IT, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in retail planning and operations.
• Strong proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, PivotTables, data validation).
• Comfortable working with large datasets and performing data accuracy checks.
• Basic understanding of system workflows and troubleshooting processes.

Location: Office located at Pasir Panjang
Working Hours: Mon - Fri (Overtime may be required during launch peak periods)
