Working hours: 6 days, 10am - 7pm (Mon - Sat with alternate weekdays off) (1 week 6 days, 1 week 5 days)

Main Responsibilities
Explain functions and qualities of products to customers either over the phone, counter or email, if any
Identify customers\' needs and recommend suitable related products/solutions
Assist troubleshoot product issues with customers
Restock items that are running low and maintain proper product display
Assist with stock count and placement of new products
Keep track of receivable for credit note or compensation from suppliers
Perform cleaning and maintenance of retail store to ensure it is clean, well maintained and presentable
Execute any other ad hoc duties and responsibilities which the Company may assign from time to time at its discretion
Requirement:
Minimum GCE \'O\' Levels or equivalent
Fluent in English to communicate with English-speaking customers
Minimum 1 year of experience from retail industry
Able to work retail hours and on weekends
Excellent knowledge and keen interest in photography / videography and digital Imaging/ IT solutions will be added advantage
