Job Description

Challenges:

  • Greet customers who enter the shop.
  • Provide nutrition advice and give guidance on product selection to customers
  • Responsible for processing cash and card payments and refunds
  • Stock shelves with merchandise and attach price tags
  • Keep the store tidy and clean, this includes hovering and mopping.
  • Work within established guidelines, particularly with brands.
  • Receive and store the delivery of large amounts of stock
  • Put up special promotions on displays.
  • Report discrepancies and problems to the supervisor.
What it Takes:
  • Friendly and customer orientated
  • Physically fit as will need to be on their feet for most of the day and may be required to carry stock.
  • Preferably have a comprehensive understanding of sales i.e. retail, Fast Moving Consumer Goods.
