Job Description

Responsibilities:

Provide a warm welcome to every customer and ensure the store feels comfortable and inviting. Support customers in selecting products that best match their style, preferences, and needs. Share thorough product information and highlight current fashion trends, key features, and the unique qualities of our brand's offerings. Handle sales transactions accurately, including cash, card, and other payment modes. Work towards achieving both personal and team sales goals while delivering an excellent customer experience. Respond to customer queries, feedback, and exchanges in a polite and solution-oriented manner. Assist in general store upkeep, stock management, and routine inventory checks.

Requirements:

Prior retail experience, preferably within fashion, footwear, or related lifestyle products. Strong interest in fashion and an eye for trends. Confident communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers. Solid sales instinct with the ability to recommend and upsell products effectively. Customer-centric mindset, proactive, and committed to delivering high service standards. Able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-moving retail environment while managing multiple responsibilities.

Pay: $2,000.00 - $2,500.00 per month
