Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store, creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere. Assist customers in finding the ideal products that suit their preferences and needs. Provide in-depth product knowledge and educate customers on the latest fashion trends, features, and unique selling points of our company products. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods. Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and courteous manner. Assist with housekeeping, inventory management, and conducting regular stock checks.

Requirements:

Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in the fashion industry or footwear segment. Passion for fashion, footwear, and staying current with industry trends. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and connect with customers. Strong sales acumen and the ability to upsell products effectively. Customer-focused approach with a positive attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile for customer satisfaction. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Pay: $2,200.00 - $2,600.00 per month
