Retail Sales Associate (gold / Jewellery)

Job Description

- Attend to customers and provide good sales & customer services in retail outlets.
- Handle enquiries and respond to customers\' feedback in professional manner.
- Develop and maintain good relationships with customers.
- Assist in daily operations.
- Shift duty is required.
- GCE \'N\' Level or above
- With sales experience preferably in retail jewellery industry, accessories or luxury brands.
- Presentable, pleasant and outgoing.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Conversant with English and Mandarin; Cantonese, Hokkien, Bahasa Malaysia and other foreign languages are definite advantages (to serve customers of different nationalities)
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Sales Associate.
