Retail Sales Associate (gold / Jewellery)

Job Description
Founded in 1970, our client is one of Asia\'s leading contemporary fine jewellers in Singapore.Responsibilities:
- Provide professional and courteous service to all customers.
- Handle customer feedbacks, in the most appropriate manner, with operational guidelines.
- Greet and interact with all customers to determine their individual needs when they enter the store.
- Perform Sales Transactions
- Proactively utilize strategic selling and customer excellence skills to achieve or exceed individual sales targets and KPIs.
- Housekeeping of the store
- Maintain outstanding store appearance and visual merchandising standards.
- Ensure stocks are displayed and merchandised in a timely and attractive manner at all times.
- GCE \'N\' Level or above
- With sales experience preferably in retail jewellery industry, accessories or luxury brands.
- Presentable, pleasant and outgoing.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Sales Associate.
